A man discovers the dying body of a well-known builder on the shore of a beach where he has been living for months. When he sees who it is, he decides to end his life by drowning him, impersonate his identity and move into the house of the deceased. What the man does not know is that the builder had tried to commit suicide because he was involved in a corruption case that is about to be discovered and for which many people want to see him dead.
